Comfort Inn Powell - Knoxville North

Was a quick late night stay on a family road trip. I’m very particular about hotels. And it was super clean. Friendly service. Was perfect for what we needed. Will stay again.

Be careful with house keeping . The Hispanic lady with short hair was very unprofessional. She opened the door without even saying hello or housekeeping.

Yes I gave them 5 stars. My experience was top notch. The check in was quick, the room was clean, the bed was comfy (room 324) and the breakfast was great! Yes it is getting a little run down but they are working on it. Let’s talk about the breakfast. They have sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, hot waffles and honey buns. Of course they have cereal, bagels, yogurt and lots more. So if you are looking for a great place to sleep over try this hotel. Oh and it’s near lots of restaurants.

This 2 star hotel was better than many of the 3 star hotels I've stayed at. The location was great near i75 on the north side of Knoxville. It was a quiet area and the rooms were very quiet. There were a TON of EV chargers by the parking lot. Lemon infused water in the lobby, The room and the common areas were all clean and smelled good. The bed and pillow were comfortable, and heater/ac were quiet. I slept great and enjoyed a wonderful free breakfast with eggs, muffins, sausage, waffles, and pastries. The coffee wasn't great (tasted like instant coffee) but everything else was great and easily made up for it. Friendly staff, Pet and kid friendly, reasonable price, and good fast food options and Starbucks nearby. 10/10 would stay again

Easy in and out clean room good people to deal with. I came in late and tired, they had me in my room within 10 minutes probably less. I was also pleasantly surprised with breakfast the next morning. For a quick sty you can’t beat it. Only reason for less than a full five star review is I requested a room the night I needed it and the price was pretty high.

We stayed a night traveling i75 in Kentucky. We stopped because it was close to the freeway, well priced and allowed dogs. The room was very nice. Clean and well maintained. Where was a chair and a desk, and a microwave. Nice amenities at this price point. The beds were clean and comfortable. The sound proofing between rooms was above average. We didn't hear anything that night. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was very good- they had biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, various bread and yogurt. Coffee juice and tea were available. It was a good experience all around.

Stayed six days recently. Found staff to be accommodating and very hospitable. Hotel was very clean and kept well. Our housekeeper Codie did a great job of keeping our needs met and was incredibly friendly. Would definitely stay again.
